If so then your main support is from the OEM. Not directly from MS. These ng's are for peer-to-peer help. But again, if it's OEM it is they who are responsible for helping you. M$ SHOULD provide tech support for Vista themselves (it's THEIR product, for god's sake..) esp since this is a terribly buggy product..

As a single example of this, my experience with Windows Vista, which I've been running since RTM in November 2006, is that it's been completely stable, and has caused me no problems at all. So when Windows XP SP1 is released in the next few weeks, I will put it on my computers that run Windows XP, and will *not*

I've always have an issue with this because so many people from so many areas come down on Microsoft as if they wanted to release buggy software, as if they were hoping they'd get some bad press about security.
